Types and Compilers are our friends

The (natural) language we use is influenced by how we feel and what we think, but it also works the other way: just by the way we approach things, we can make our experience better or worse. So, when we say "compiler is in the way" or "I have to fight the compiler", we are setting ourselves up for failure. And I don't mean some gigantic failures ‒ I mean small shitty every-day frustrations. There is no need to live like this. And it's normal to be frustrated, not trying to put pink glasses on
