My role was made redundant recently, so I'm going to upskill.
I asked AI, and the first suggestion was to move from Java 8 to 21, and Spring Boot 2 to 3.
My current stack: Java 8, Spring Boot 2, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle, MySQL, Git, Ansible.
Do you agree this is the right direction, or would you suggest focusing on something else?
