I have worked as an SailPoint Engineer for 5+ years but was not happy with it and decided to transition to Backend Developer.
But I am not getting a lot of interview opportunities as a lot of Backend fresher job have a filter for year of passing. And, for experienced job i don't have the professional experience just academic experience.
Looking for any advice on which companies I can target to get any Backend or related job.
