I built this plugin to solve a common WordPress problem: most chat widgets can generate text, but they do not actually know your site content, product catalog, or support policies. On WooCommerce stores, that usually means bad recommendations, invented answers, and a support burden that never really goes away. I wanted a bot that answers from real site data only, and stays current without manually maintaining hundreds of canned Q&A entries. The core approach is retrieval augmented generation.
